Maybe where I grew up was ahead of it's time, but most of the slang you've posted sounds like pure early 80's Valley slang. I was on the Left coast, where did you grow up? I was in my late teens in the 70's.
I'm a Texas girl and I agree with you. You should have seen the ones I deleted from it. The list was googled and I believe that most folks were stoned when they were putting it together.
