Good Morning. I got nearly 10 hours of sleep last night. I am still aching a bit from yesterday's visit to the Doc. But I've taken some Aleve and I'm thinking I'll be able to do what I need to do today.

Actually, the neck is still tender. He didn't mess with my neck at all. It was my legs he was working on.
The only way to describe the treatment is Physical Therapy on Steroids. If they don't kill ya, they cure ya.

At the top of hour, at least 4 times..while I was listening, the only sound bite they had about President Ford was Tom Brokaw speech. Out of all the speeches, they chose his.

I have had biopsies on my ear, leg, back ....
..and whatever they find they excise and it heals.
..In fact, I just had one yesterday!
Skin cancer specialists are state of the art nowadays!!
