It did gran. I had to wake you up from your stupor but there was no need to take it personally.
Boy do you have a short fuse?.
To: Cardhu
Let's not talk about "short" fuses...shall we...lol?
Oh dear, it's way too early in the morning for me to be baaad, must be that ol' sun shining that does it. ;)
Fried my brain it did, it did... That's assuming that it wasn't already fried. :(

Good morning gang.
I just updated my homepage....finally. I didn't think I'd ever take the time. Not much there, but it's a start...;)
I know most of you won't be able to get the slideshow, so putting it there was probably redundant but, what the heck. ;)

Mornin Sweety.
Oh darn, maybe Sundog or Cardhu can figure out what's wrong? Is your AV set too high..or could it be your Firewall? Is your Windows Media Player up to date?
I would just haaate that. We must do something to help you some way.
I suppose a Popup blocker wouldn't cause it?

A life very well lived. Good job, gran.
To: catpuppy
Well thank you very much, you dear Pup. How have you been? It seems I am never around when you are, so I never get a chance to ask how you're doing?
How is the weather up your way, it's been cloudy and cool here for days now. At least we haven't had the bad weather some of FL has had. Isn't it awful up there? What a mess..how do those poor people contend with it? I feel so terribly bad for them.
It's certainly been a weird winter everywhere so far.
Hope you and your family are all doing well. :)

"maybe Sundog or Cardhu can figure out what's wrong?" I think I'll have to ask Nully about this one.

I just updated to the latest and greatest WMP. No joy.

That is just a windows movie file, If you are on a Windows PC then some windows movie player update needs to be fetched. I'm on a Mac, Using QuickTime, with a 'plugin' that plays windows movies. It works for me.

As usual everything works for me gran. I wish I had photographs that go back to those early days. One thing, this generation with digital cameras, should have a wonderful record when they are old.
It was such a fine day today I took the ladies for a walk on the cliffs. Of course I could not persuade any of them to go near the edge but they had no trouble encouraging the others.
No one trusts me :)

That strange shell in the back ground looks as if it was lifted from a Salvidor Dali painting.
To: Cardhu
The thing i the background looks like a salon shop hair dryer, like the one in the salon shop just 'around the corner' from me.
Or some hideous brain sucking device of nefarious intentions..

To: Darksheare
It does look like a hair dryer from that angle. It is called the Caracola but not like any I have ever seen.
To: no one in particular
I have heard of a lead balloon but a granite boat is new to me.
