"So this means we're all invited to dinner when your new cookware arrives?"

But of couse! Well, all except Sharkey. He'll still be snowed in.

I purposely left that open to interpretation.

Oh, I forgot to mention.....I'm allergic to squirrel meat.
And Nully goes ga-ga for mud pies with crunchy bits of rocks in them. Just so's you know. :)

Oh well, that's easy then. Fresh road kill possum and grits.

Dear Abby,

I've never written to you before, but I really need your advice on what could be a crucial decision.

I've suspected for some time now that my wife has been cheating on me. The usual signs... phone rings but if I answer, the caller hangs up. My wife has been going out with the girls a lot recently although when I ask their names she always says, "Just some friends from work, you don't know them." I always stay awake to look out for her taxi coming home, but she always walks down the drive.

Anyway, I have never broached the subject with my wife. I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth, but last night she went out again and I decided to really check on her. I decided I was going to park my Harley Davidson motor cycle next to the garage and then hide behind it so I could get a good view of the whole street when she came home.

It was at that moment, crouching behind my Harley, that I noticed that the valve covers on my engine seemed to be leaking a little oil. Is this something I can fix myself or should I take it back to the dealer?

Jim

Just in case you girls are interested, QVC is having a couple of airings of Bare Escentuals on Monday in a show they're calling "Make-up 101." They're saying that they're going to go over some application basics and tips. The email I got says "Join Leslie on Monday, January 22, from 3-5 ET for a special called "Getting Started With Bare Escentuals."

Oh, and BQ, they are introducing their sequel to the Peacock kit called "Just Jewels." But you probably already knew that. I imagine you're on the watch list, too.

See, Nully, I knew you'd get where you enjoyed shopping, even if it's just watching us wimmin do it.

I had my shopping fix for the day already. I went downtown to pick up my top....and ended up taking advantage of some of the bargain prices they had on some other items. Between the quality and fit of the clothes and the people who work there, even entering this store puts me at very high risk of getting a little carried away.

I am starting to get a little bit cocky...and somewhat more ambitious in my goals. A year ago, I would've not thought that I'd ever wear strappy tops, now I'm finding that if they're cut right so that they fit properly and are worn with the right undergarments, they actually look quite nice. It doesn't even seem to have as much to do with my weight as with the improved definition around my shoulders and upper back that I've gotten from working out. I have big hopes plans for my summer wardrobe this year.

Oh yeah, the top. It would look awesome with some dark brown, velvet pants, but I probably have enough brown pants for the time being. As for seeing it....give me a couple of months. Not that it doesn't look good now, but I expect it to look lots better by then.

Now a walk will do you all good and get those bods in shape for the spring soooooooo...

Come with me for a walk along the Paseo Marítim in La Coruña. In 4 miles in a city with no graffiti and not even a piece of paper or a cigarette butt.

Use ALT ENTER to make it full screen.

You get an A+ for that production, Cardhu. I just watched the whole thing, both songs, and I love her voice. That would be a perfect place to walk about now, where it is 22 degrees F. in Utah today. Thanks so much for putting it together.
