Hancock is not even close to insane. He's a heck of an entertaining writer. His wife is a beautiful photographer, also. Please, don't be so insulting to an excellent writer who aims only to entertain with his work.
Heck, I just hope the bride isn't using some sort of mind-control device developed by the CIA.
Indecently fast. Less than three months after his wife died. She died on January 5, 2006 and he remarried on April 8, 2006. Makes me wonder if he had something to do with his wife's death. (I'll always believe that.) There was certainly something suspicious in his story. Maybe now that he's back, someone who's sharp can put it all together and arrest him. All they'd have to do is listen to his story the night he rambled on about her death. It certainly got ME suspicious.
Where are you seeing photos of his new wife?
The third reason might be to get superior prenatal care for his pregnant wife. I can't imagine that delivery suites in Manila would be half as good as those in the USA.
Do they need pre-natal over there? They breed like fruit flies.

I don't think fruitfly is a good analogy. I had two wonderful trips to the Philippines and found the people charming and gracious and good friends to the USA. In certain sections, the poverty is horrible but still they manage to smile. And in other sections, wealth abounds. You should be so lucky to have such gorgeous homes and educated children.
I see quite a few Filipino doctors and nurses here in the US. Just doing the doctoring and nursing that Americans won't do. /s
LOL. Doc Ramanananda Krishna too.
The main reason to return to Pahrump would be that he had difficulty with zoning regs when he tried to put up his amateur radio antenna. Art is a radio ham first and the rest is a hobby.
Well, it was a joke, that sort of fell flat.
Actually, here in the PNW, there are a large number of Filipinos. They are hard-working, friendly, and as you said, gracious and charming.
In fact a F500 company I used to work for was sued by somebody from another minority because they (the company) actively had a policy to hire Filipinos, but it was settled, and you'll never read about it in the news.
Do we still own the Philippines? Or did we give it back, or let them go, or whatever?
And reason 3a would be to guarentee his new child would be an American Citizen by birth by being born here in the states. You never know with the red tape involved how difficult it would be for Art to ensure his child is an American citizen if he/she was born in the P.I. instead of the states.
ROTFLMFAO
I never hear anything about his son anymore since he was seduced by the HIV-infected teacher. Do you know what’s up with him?
