Remote detection satellites are used by the intelligence branch of the military to conduct mind control exercises in the theater of war. All this technology is dependent upon the higher branches of particle physics and quantum mechanics. The array of satellites safe in deep space cover the entire earth making the mind control intelligence program widely successful. Be amazed as you view this military program break out of the box. Go to the following web site that shows a real-time mind control zombie being manipulated by satellite and the military. www.MindControlUSA.com

I wonder if the dowry was in salmon or seal?

I'd wager it was a female polar and a male grizzly.

Genetic tests might show.

It's a fifty-fifty guess, but if you want a joke ...

She was having a "blonde" moment and thought she wanted someone tall, dark and handsome?

There is a logic there. But then again maybe he was just having a blond moment and thought the brunette looked cute.

Raven Tress

Aye, is not for me, that wench of sky-filled eyes, and sunny hair,
But lasses of a somber set, whose tresses are the night,
Live in my dreams, and daily walk, and take my heart to care,
While strawhaired girls pick flowers to hold tight.

The lass of dreams wears common clothes, and smiles a common smile,
You know what you are dealing with, and that she holds a power,
She sings a song of everyday, in pleasant trilling style,
And stays in happy, tuneful joy until the final hour.

While princesses in fairy gowns patrol the grassy heights,
And follow butterflies amidst the shaded bowers,
My raven tress is business, and watching grimmer sights,
Aye, and this is what I seek when comes the darkling hours.

Thanks, Harmless! Sorry you missed it the first time.

I had been chatting with Knitting and Darksheare's brother.

Some of the subject was Medieval poetry.

Thanks, T-C! I don't write many "love" poems. That's one of about two.

My raven tress is business, and watching grimmer sights,

I like this line. (Visiting with the Darks can put one in a somber mood :-).

I looked back to the thread you'd linked - it started the day after Vlad was born, so I wasn't around much!

Anniversary of the birth will be a half hour after midnight, but we'll hopefully all be asleep. He's got a cold and has been waking up at night the last few days. Er, nights.

I'm starting to get mumbly-fingered; I think I'll go read a book and nurture Wednesday, who just turned up and said, "Meep!" I think that means, "¡What do you mean, no more nibble until morning!?!

Perle, plesaunte to prynces paye
To clanly clos in golde so clere,

So rounde, so reken in uche araye,
So smal, so smothe her sydes were,
Queresoever I jugged gemmes gaye

(The opening of what might be the best late medieval poem in English, IMHO....)
