My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

I like dragons and crystal balls and Yorkshire Terriers. A Yorkie and a Silky used to own me.

Yes, we like many of the same things. I don't think I have ever seen a Silky in 'person'. I think about ZacsMom's Silky and wonder how it is doing.

Actually, no, we've not been to Vegas. But I am certainly happy, and I'm not quite sure why.
I guess it's that occasional realization that my blessings outweigh my burdens.

Nice to peek into the Lair, and even nicer to find I can actually rhyme once in a while.
One of my ladies has posters in her office that say:
Do not mess in the Affairs of Dragons;
for you are Crunchy,
and go well with Catsup.

LOL!! 11" of new snow in the last 2 days.....coming down my street to home is a single lane in places. We need the real big snow blower to widen the streets.

Hi fatima,
Long time no chat. This India is a huge dud. I've had a computer and DSL connection for two weeks and I've gotten about 24 hours total use from it all.
To make a long story short, the power cuts off at unpredictable times for unpredictable lengths of time (they don't have enough energy here in India), the monitor broke, the hard drive broke, the DSL logins had to be reset three times, each of those "repairs" took 24 to 48 hours for these weird, spacey Indian guys (who must be on drugs or something) to drive over a fix while the whole time they were just 30 minutes away.
This place is TOO bizarre, and just like Thailand, I'm bailing out, I should be back in the US on February 1st. I'm looking for apartments and jobs and stuff like that now on the Internet, and with craigslist.org, and Dice.com (a techy job site) and email and all our other wonderful American inventions, it's like drinking an ice cold glass of water in the middle of a scorching desert.
I don't think I'll leave the US again, and I'm going to become very active in promoting our country and our future.
BTW, that Iraq Progress thread finally topped out at about 2534 views or something. I'm quite pleased as that was just a dry government report, but I've seen people using the arguments from that report.
Well see you later, I have a feeling something on this computer is about to break!

Don't believe what your eyes are telling you.
All they show is limitation.
Look with your understanding,
find out what you already know, and
you'll see the way to fly.

Good morning, Lady.
Now I know you wrote that piece, cause it's good sense and direction.
To: Soaring Feather
Richard Bach wrote that. I should have credited it.
Does the name ring a bell?
