Found one other gym that's open 5 to 11, and they cost the same per month if you commit to a year ahead of time. Also let you do a trial membership, which might be worth trying.

On the downside, they're about three doors down from the coffee shop I like (really good mochas and pastries), so I could quite easily mess up any exercise benefits. ;-)

The problem with doing a year long membership is that during the summer months you may want to do more biking or jogging outside and less at the gym.

Gotta start getting back this week. The diet is now firmly established so it's time to add back in the exercise.

All five of our locations are next to a Starbucks.

It's a private company Suzi. Just (as far as I know) in the greater Richmond area.
