So many awful movies, so little time. We cant list them all, so which of these five films was the biggest stinker of the year?
Little Man
Nacho Libre
RV
Ultraviolet
Basic Instinct 2

Ultraviolet was the worst of the ones I saw. And kind of sad. It was a ripoff of Resident Evil and those aren't even good movies. I mean Come On!
RV is the only one that I saw. The only semi-funny moment in the movie was the scene at the RV park when they were trying to hook up the sewer hose.
Jack Black is on my list of actors that are funny for 10-15 minutes at a time. Others on the list: Jim Carey, Adam Sandler and any of the Wayans brothers.
GSD
Pure liberal propaganda.
Sorry to be slow in reply, I logged off after posting yesterday.
I thought the premise of Code was preposterous, the expository scenes were like Really Slow Lectures, and the thriller aspect was forced and ridiculous. But de gustibus, etc.
"Jack Black is on my list of actors that are funny for 10-15 minutes at a time."
You're being generous.

I was going to say something like you did, but you said it better.
I just checked your profile, you're in the movie business, so you're probably a bit more critical than most.....
I appreciate your comments, I'll think about them the next time I see it.
Any reccomendations for pictures the mainstream might have missed?
You know it's funny, since I read scripts for a living, I rarely go to the movies anymore because, basically, I've already seen them. And a lot of the time what happens to good scripts, which are rare enough as it is, isn't pretty. For upcoming movies, the only one I can think of that I'm looking forward to is 300, about the Spartans at Thermopylae.
The others, I haven't seen. Nacho Libre seems to be following the Napoleon Dynamite angle, so it will likely be a love it / hate it reaction.
Little Man looks like a one-minute chuckle stretched into a two-hour movie. No thanks.
RV is a pathetic attempt at a Vacation clone with Robin Williams. Nope.
Basic Instinct 2 was probably someone returning a favor to Sharon Stone. She wanted to show off the plastic surgery and have another go at being a hot babe. It still isn't working.
"Basic Instinct 2"
Saw her "minge" the first time around. I figured 20 years of aging wasn't going to improve a bad movie to start with.
