It's from Ubisoft, a company that develops cross-platform games (Assassin's Creed is for the PS3 as well).
The simple truth is that statements coming from neutral parties tend to indicate that the systems are roughly equal in power, with the 360 being much easier to code for. I've yet to see any evidence coming from any authoritative source that indicates that PS3 is as powerful as it is being made out to be. To put things into perspective- even if the PS3 is twice as powerful as it is being hyped as being, it still won't be 1/10 as powerful as Sony claimed that the PS2 was.
Fair enough. Time will tell for certain. :-)
