The DemoncRAT candidate for Senator from Virginia, Jim Webb, wrote a book in 2001. The book's title is Lost Soldiers,...
...and there is a particular passage that is found on page 333 of the hardcover edition--Chapter 34, paragraph 10:
And if that weren't enough, it seems Mr. Webb has written other novels. He just doesn't suggest underage sex with boys, he works on degrading women, too. Keep in mind as you read these, Jim Webb seeks the highest elected office in Virginia--that of United States Senator.

There are other quotes here, that were not reproduced in this thread as they don't even fit in the "R" bucket.
These are the writings, and therefore the musings, of the man who wishes to be Senator. While one could make the case he fits the DemoncRAT mold well, he's not for Virginia.
It would be doing Virginian's a public service to give this a wider circulation.

I voted already early voting since I leave tomorrow.
Hope I get the results while out of the Country.
On the 7th I will be in Italy, should be interesting if they mention anything about our elections.
Strangely enough, his graphic "writings" contain all the "ideals" that most Dems want us to accept as normal. In their minds, if homosexuality is not wrong, then all other forms of sex (incest, underage, w/fruit, etc) aren't wrong either.

I saw a campaign ad of hers where she toots he horn about new jobs in NYS like she had anything to do with it. What really ticked me off was her thinking that the new jobs coming here..locally..regarding the ethanol plant.. was her creation.

Not only was she NOT at the groundbreaking ceremony BUT the dem mayor of the neighboring city of the town wasn't either. (The plant is on the outskirts of the dem mayor's city..less than 1/4 mile)

The contributors' money that SHE is donating to other dem candidates could be better used in courting more industry to locate in NY. But, oh, that wouldn't serve her need to position herself for '08, would it?

Senator Dodd was on Imus--demanded Imus not read the Webb excerpts to him. Apparently, he was also tripping over trying to defend Webb.
I am back from coaching spelling. They need more help, so I am going to do Wednesday mornings, too.
Boy, it is a miserable day outside...cold and rainy.
I am going to go get some work done. Hubby has another half day today and he will be home after lunch, so I had better get moving!
