Michigan and Ohio State is going to be the biggest regular season game in a long long time if they both remain undefeated. A huge rivalry, 1 vs 2 or 3, for the BCS title game.
Go ARKANSAS!
Just think of this, if both Arkansas and Auburn win out and Arkansas wins the CCG, Auburn could still play in the National Championship if USC and MIchigan or OSU lose. The BCS still isnt fixed.
I like Mich. but weren't they just ranked 14th yesterday?
Not sure why Texas A&M isn't on the list, and Missouri, who they beat yesterday, is. The Aggies have only one last minute loss.
Tulsa is on the list, but not A&M? Come on, now.
About 5 weeks ago before they beat Notre Dame. They moved up to 6th after that and have played well since. They should be #2, they have played better than USC.
The computers are way down on the Big 12 so much so that Texas who was ranked 5 in human polls fell 4 spots due to the computers.
As they were playing yesterday it had them listed as 14th next to their name on the scoreboard on the TV? What gives or am I way off?
What is clear is that the first three teams are a quantum leap over the rest of the field.
As of today.
Still a long way to go.
They were number 4, get a new TV
Gee who's missing? Oh, F$U and The "U" (for "Unranked"). HA HA!
In my opinion, West Virginia or Louisville should be rated higher for now.
Ohio State's win at Iowa looks pretty unimpressive after Iowa lost to Indiana.
That loss to Indiana was absolutely embarrassing and unacceptable. I know alot of Iowa fans like Kirk Ferentz, but this loss would be inexcusable even if Knute Rockne or Bear Bryant was coaching the team.
Hey NFL teams, do you still want Coach Ferentz? If he can't beat Indiana, how will he do against the Patriots or Steelers?
"Not sure why Texas A&M isn't on the list, and Missouri, who they beat yesterday, is."
Well said. I'm at a loss as to why some of these other teams belong in the top ten, too. Notre Dame nearly got beat by Georgia Tech AND Michigan State, and was pounded by Michigan. West Virginia and Louisville are over-ra-ted as heck--they don't play anyone. Cal lost to Tennessee! Why are they 10 when Tennessee's 11?!?!?
I hate it when teams beat other teams and are still ranked below them. That is a travesty. One team's proven it's better than the other. The loser should drop below the winner. ALWAYS.
Where's the rating for the UMiami-FIU brawl? That'd be right down there among the alltime worst lows in sportsmanship.
Free Rutgers and Boise State!!!!!
Boise state will get into a BCS bowl if it wins out.
