(CBS) The three Duke lacrosse players indicted for a rape they say they didn't commit are indignant over the effect the charges are having on their lives and their families.
In their first interviews, they speak to Ed Bradley this Sunday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

I love the porch pic!
Looks like my sons' bathroom (AFTER they clean it, LOL)
That porch pic is my personal fav.
Had to post it! LOL
Judge Judy?
As a teen in the 70's, I learned valuable lessons about our CJS. I had a good friend who's father was a judge. He cheated on his wife and he cheated at Monopoly. Add to that, our next door neighbor was a cop who was arrested for shoplifting in a grocery store - in uniform. I come by my cynicism honestly.
****Does anybody reading this thread have Thursday's USA Today?****

I looked for it here (my mom & local newstand)- not available. If anyone has it, tell Howlin...
Has anyone seen any more extensive and more objective assessment of the impact of the 60 Minutes piece on the Durham DA race?
Look, in the Duke case, it is a matter of taking bad advice from a trusted advisor (all the boys are considered adults). In the case of your children under the age of 18, you'd better believe the school administrators can force a statement.
I wouldn't say a word if this really kept our schools safer, but what it has done is criminalize behavior that could be dealt with through punishment and the nut cases are still walking in with AK-47's. It isn't working -- at any level and it has opened the door to these obvious bogus charges being lodged against innocent people who are simply trying to cooperate and wind up being public enemy No. 1.
I'm not only concerned about "rich white boys". If it's this bad for them, how much worse has it been for poor disadvantaged kids who don't even have parents to call. This is crazy, and my son's black friends say it goes on all the time. When I was a kid, if someone hurt my feelings or rejected me, I sucked it up and in time got over it. Now, you'll be arrested.
This case was exactly like our son's. Ms. Roberts admits she alluded to the "white" boy's genitals. Race was introduced by the true racist first -- same as in our case. My son never said the N-word, never responded with a racial epithet, was accused a saying he would "Shank (her) black ass," had to come home and ask what "shank" meant because he'd read it in her statement -- and he's labeled the "racist jerk". Go figure -- then forced to explain his words, words he never said -- can you see where it went?
Not yet. Rumor has it next Sunday's segment will be most devastating to Nifong.
I'd like another segment that is even more devastating to Brodhead. I guess my expectation is that a District Attorney(D)is going to play fast and loose with the facts but that my University President should put the interests of the students before that of a local prostitute. Turns out that (D) corrupts in every profession.
I hope it squashes him like the cockroach he is.
They are sitting on the sofas, looking for all the world like they are bored with the entire "dance."
Oh, yeah, that's a WILD party!
Thanks!
Brodhead will lose his job amid the civil suits. JMO
My thoughts exactly.
Who died? I've seen a livelier bunch at funerals.
He could go and work for the UN
Better to learn young, than to reach my age and watch you only child delivered up. I truly believed good guys win, eventually, BOY! was I wrong. I hope all my prayers for these boys will bring home a winner for them -- I didn't know enough to save my own son.
We all saw the same thing, but who are ya' gonna' believe, Kim Roberts, or your own lyin' eyes?
Reade said he didn't like the "tone" of the party but I thought I heard "boring" too. I remember seeing pictures from a "smoker" where frat boys watched tv porn and smoked cigars. Looked like the same sorta thing. These guys would never touch these chicks and, I believe, the amusement comes from impressing one another with their witty comments.
