(CBS) The three Duke lacrosse players indicted for a rape they say they didn't commit are indignant over the effect the charges are having on their lives and their families.

OK did they mention the DA decided to postponed the case,and not the defendents? Perhaps I may have been a little off, but we all know 60 Minutes 999 out of thousand will get it wrong. This is the fake, but accurate network. Their nothing but a bunch of liberal die hards.

I'm wondering if they'll mention that she accused others of rape many years ago, or that the accuser had a "job/jobs" at a hotel previous to the party. I doubt it since there isn't much time left.

This is even worse than I thought and I've been keeping tabs on the case.
This is an enormous..enormous travesty and there should be some mechanism to address blatant cases of prosecutorial malfeasance and corruption in North Carolina.
The silence from the North Carolina Governor, Attorney General and the Bar Association is shocking and brings shame on all of them.
They are protecting a criminal...and his name is Nifong.
