The fight began, he said, after Mrozek had cars belonging to Nash visitors ticketed for blocking her driveway and mailbox.
I was on the side of the bathers, until I saw that this was just another privelege-abusing LEO.

"Hey, let's get naked and into a hot tub -- it's 4 o'clock, why not?" Assistant State's Attorney Daniel Walsh told the judge, mocking Mrozek's cavalier attitude toward her actions.Beats watching Oprah.

Pictures would be needed to pass any judgement.

What a waste of public money because of a few nosey neighbors One thing the article doesn't mention if the idiot neighbor ever takled to the deputy about what she saw or heard and to ask her to be a bit more discreet. And I am sure the 14 year old kid wasn't traumatized after the first or second or third time watching the woman have sex. It was probably the mother who caught him wacking off while watching her that started this whole lawsuit.

So now we must redefine "private" to include bare naked frolicking where the neighbors can see you?

So it is wrong to have a car ticketed that is blocking your drive? Seems like the right answer to me, if you can't resolve the problem by talking. My neighbors don't have the right to block the access to my drive....

Indeed, but if you aren't a cop, you probably won't be able to pull strings and have them ticketed just like that, either.

The bird with feathers of blue
Is waiting for you
Back in your own backyard
You'll see your castles in Spain
Through your window pane
Back in your own backyard
Oh you can go to the East
Go to the West
But someday you'll come
Weary at heart
Back where you started from
You'll find your happiness lies
Right under your eyes
Back in your own backyard

So she should be guilty because she is a cop? Nice to see someone with such strong principles.
