I find them annoying as well. They're so "Katie-Couric-ish."
another INT! Beautiful!
WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!
Hopefully I'm this happy after Sunday when the Benglas and the Steelers clash in Pittsburgh. That will be a tough game.
Benglas? They must be an expansion franchise
good luck with that. they are a very impressive team
I picked the Colts defense with the Jags still on the table.....will regret that as they are tough.
Should certainly be an interesting game next week.
Man, what a snoozer of an MNF game. Next week(Saints/Falcons) doesn't figure to be much better. I turned it off at halftime.
it was a bad game, but I'm happy with the outcome. you're right; next week should be good. I am pulling for the Saints but the Falcons look good.
Remember...these are the equivalent of last year's Sunday night games....not supposed to be the best. ALthough this matchup on paper was a good one.
well, I'm all football'ed out, so I'm going to bed in a few. hopefully I won't forget my picks this week.
good night
Guess he hasn't recovered from that motorcyle crash yet.
That, and the fact that with no running game to speak of he had to throw a lot. He's not that kind of QB, and he is seemingly always banged-up.
You can bet they are going to lay on all the Katrina stuff real thick next week.
I think it's the apendectomy. Everybody talks about laproscopic surgery like it's quick and easy but my wife had her gall bladder removed last spring and I learned the truth. They cut a bunch of holes through your abdominal muscles then inflate you full of air so they have room to move. It really sucks and takes longer to recover from than people think, I'm sure it doesn't suck as much as old fashioned full cut surgery but it still sucks. Any kind of abdominal movement hurts for a long time afterwards, and you get obnoxious and painful airbubbles that shift around in your guts at random intervals until it all finally gets absorbed.
