If this is true I am sure it started out as a kidnapping with Karr, but for some sick preverted reason he killed her and to him that was an accident......he would have plenty of time to find rope, duck tape and everything else he needed.

How did he know there would be a party that night?

Most people with busy schedules post their schedule on a visible calendar...My sister's on her kitchen wall. Mine is next to my desk......Pretty easy and accessible.

There is many things he could have done in a sexual perverted way that police did not discover right away or it was found later a police kept their mouth shut about it. (think about why men like child porn pictures when they don't have the real thing) - It could be that he stashed something in the house in behind a wall, or behind some wall paneling, inside a duct vent, behind a stationary object, etc. I truly believe they got him and they know it.

He said this in front of US Law Enforcement. (again they did not say were this happened)

From CNN's website:

Breaking News: A source involved in returning John Mark Karr to the United States says the man accused of killing JonBenet Ramsey made unsolicited statements to law enforcement officers while being taken to L.A. County Jail.

Also, what would he have done if he had returned two days later and found the window had been shut? What of the Ramseys' home intrusion alarm? Even if they forgot to set it on Christmas (as the Ramseys have said), would they have forgotten to set it three nights in a row?

But I think he's saying how did JMK know that there would BE a party on the 23rd. JMK would have not had access to the Ramsey home before that. Unless the party were advertised in a newspaper or something, he would have no way of knowing about the party.

We only think kidnapping because of the note.

Look at the amount of money. $118,000?

A kidnapper would ask for at least half a mil and AT LEAST take the body so it looks like a kidnapping.

It was never a kidnapping. His intention from the beginning was to KILL THE FAT CAT by killing his daughter.

So Karr knew before December 23rd that the Ramseys were having a party because it was pinned to some refrigerator?

You know I come from a wealthy family and my parents house they were living in back in 1993-1998 they had a nice alarm system, but they got so used to it being a safe area they never turned the alarm on. Than before you know it, 2 streets over a boy killed both his mom and dad. By than my parents were moving to the country, but if they had stayed I'm sure they were going to use their alarm every night.

AL, I know you doubt that he did this.

Let's imagine for a moment either way...that he did it, or else that he believes he did it because he's so delusional about the case he believes he was the perp.

The accident thing could be his way of rationalizing what either did happen or he believes happened with him as the perp. Let's stipulate that all of those things you mentioned he did indeed do or thinks he did. Doesn't sound like an accident...or does it?

It might, IF he spins it that when he went there he did not have in his mind to kill her, but that she reacted against him when she realized what was going on and he was just trying to quiet her or subdue her to keep from alerting the family, and that somehow he got out of hand because her reaction against him FORCED him to.

Even the garroting could be explained away if he rationlizes it. That could be explained as his way of "making love to her", sick as it is, but it wasn't meant to kill her. I don't know what spin he'll put on it, but bottom line he could say he admits to everything EXCEPT having the intent to kill.

I have always thought that whoever did this crime had some type of connection with the Ramsey's.

The low monetary amount always bothered me, especially since the Ramseys could well afford to pay more and anyone who knew them, knew that!

Many folks around here never set theirs unless they are out of town for a few days.

As for the door being unlocked...Used to put a piece of tape over our lock so we could get back in.....(It locked when we didn't want it to)....Easy and not noticeable. He could have done that when he 'attended' the party Was the party catered? Were there any deliveries made for the party...Don't imagine he actually attended the party. FLowers? Pick them up himself and then "deliver" them to get into the house.
