He substitute taught on the 19th in one school. (With a small dealership ya just leave a sign on the door to call a number or come back at a certain time.....They do it around here all the time.)
Family says he was with them.....Georgia would be more convenient to the airport. Picture of kids are with cousins so I'm guessing he wasn't in Alabama.

So, it's pretty wide open? Not that this would prove anything, but if there is regular commercial activity in his home town (meaning; he's using credit cards, banks, ATMs, etc.) then he suddenly drops off the record for 10 days, that would be telling by itself.
I'm sure (okay, not) that the Boulder DA has gotten his bank records to look for large cash withdrawals just before the murder...

yes, the credit card agencies/banks would have them - perhaps on backup tapes, but they would have them.
Business record....HIS own bank records might show nothing....OTOH. If he's a drug mule, it may be cash under the table....Pick up the car and the drugs at the same time. Careful not to put the money in any account.

Why would he have flown to Colorado, where he didn't know anyone, gone to the house of a family he did NOT know at all, to molest a little girl, whom he didn't know lived there, at that time?
And guess what? Lots of people DO fly fly on Christmas day; they are NOT empty on Christmas day.
How long does it take to drive from Georgia to Colorado? I'm guess that it would take two full, very long days of driving, with a stop at night, to get some sleep.

not much new is going to happen in this case until next week.
one possible outcome here - he is tried on the CA charges, and to save face, the Boulder DA cites him as an "un-indicted conspirator" in the Ramsey case, saying there isn't enough evidence to indict him, but hanging the crime on him nonetheless - so the case can be closed.
