not much new is going to happen in this case until next week.
one possible outcome here - he is tried on the CA charges, and to save face, the Boulder DA cites him as an "un-indicted conspirator" in the Ramsey case, saying there isn't enough evidence to indict him, but hanging the crime on him nonetheless - so the case can be closed.
