Done
But the first step is building the wall. Then law enforcement. Then a guest worker program.
If they get the order wrong they will make matters worse.
Of course if they dont build the wall first it never will be built, at least not by the government.

At this point I don't think it is any mystery that the majority of American's want the illegal immigrations STOPPED. It's our elected representatives that aren't listening. You should read some of the mail from my Senator Baucus, I still haven't replied to his latest attempt of justifying his position, just too mad.

But the first step is building the wall.
Then law enforcement.
Then a guest worker program. I would add "modify legal immigration quotas, as appropriate" before your step #3,
followed by a "guest worker program, IF necessary"
Most of these jobs are not temporary (as they are for seasonal crop workers).

What approach do you think would be most effective in addressing illegal immigration? A guest-worker program does not address illegal immigration, as not all illegals want to work and leave.
A pathway to citizenship does not address illegal immigration, because most illegals don't want to become US Citizens.
Only tough enforcement of our immigration laws can address illegal immigration.

Wish it were so out in the wider world.

Make that on Capitol Hill. Those folks seem to be in the dark.
