Indy star Danica Patrick has hinted lately that she might be willing to give NASCAR a try. Although I believe the hints are nothing more than her gaining a little leverage as her contract with Letterman/Rahal expires at season's end, I'm still going to offer her a little advice.
Stay where you are, Danica. The Indy Racing League needs you.

ROFLMAO!
Again, if someone wants to give her a shot, fine. If she does well at it, fine. If she doesn't do well, she won't be around long. Actually, that's the way such things ought to work.
What do you think about Montoya? Do you think he'll have similar problems. My .02 is that he's a better driver than her and would have a better chance of not embarrassing himself.
Tim Wilson, comedian. One of my favorites. Has a ton of cd's out. Kind of a conservative - rednecks comedian.
In honesty, Kyle is popular for his actions off the track & deservedly so.
But I'd love to see Petty field at least one seriously good car, for any of their drivers, rather than (apparently) tuning them all to Kyles driving style.
(additional, gratuitous, comments about Indiana based NASCAR drivers and the appearance of an alternate set of rules for General Motors' drivers omitted here for the sake of decorum).
I'm not a devoted fan of NASCAR but it would seem to me, from what I've seen, that the bump part is the real concern.
There may be a lot of that in go-carts but in CART it always ends the day for the participants.
All I'm talking about is re-training, I'm sure she is skilled and talented and I would make a point of watching her first Busch series race, unless she is so phenomenal at to go directly to the Nextel Cup...
I guess my point is that I love auto racing and honestly couldn't remember what they were called nowadays.
Looks to me like they are following the same play book as their predecessor.
Must admit also that I like racing in the USA a lot more when the unpronounceable names are immigrants rather than imports.
both did well, but gordon said after it was over that he deffinately got a better/bigger thrill doing it than JPM.
That's because he can enunciate!

I believe that next weekend is the US Grand Prix MotoGP race at Laguna Seca, isn't it?
350 pound, 240HP motorcycles. Last years winner, Nicky Hayden from Owensburrough, KY will be there on the Honda, along with MotoGP Champ Valentino Rossi and The Texas Tornado, Collin Edwards. Should be an awesome race.

I didn't say Gordon's gay. I said he was Queen of NASCAR, as in, primadonna.
That's not exactly fair. Wie is sixteen. Show me any male golfer who has performed better in a PGA event at that age. I think she's amazing and will, in the future, prove she can compete with the men. She won't be a great PGA golfer, but she will be able to make cuts and beat a lot of the field.
As far as Patrick, she has proved she can compete with the men. Does she dominate them? No, but she is a middle of the pack racer, meaning she's better than some and worse than others.
I give them both a lot of credit for taking the risks (especially Wie, who has other options) and exposing themselves to criticism.
Be nice.
I may have gone to the publik skulz, but I understood your comment. I posted the Tim Wilson song, the point of which is that other people are jealous of his success. No harm, no foul.
Ahh. ;O)
Five top-ten finishes in ten major appearances. That proves something, doesn't it? While she must win before she can truly be declared great, she is clearly one of the elites.
Ooooo the fat chicks and their bearded husbands are gonna be upset.
When I first saw Danica, when she first started racing, I used to think she was so beautiful. But after seeing pictures like the one you posted, and many other pictures similar to it, I do not find her as attractive. It is almost like she trashed herself!
Not sexy
little correction if I may....
She DIDN'T hint at it. Her father did. BIG difference.
