I *think* I can just get 'em at the Albertson's by work. Dunno if they can do licenses, too...but I think they do plates.
Maybe I can do it after work today so I'm not worrying about it.
Kind of a bummer that I paid for a year of registration in Vermont that never got used, and would have paid for almost a year in CO if I hadn't done this whole illegal thing...

Technically I think I'm illegal too but I wasn't going to swap for PA plates just to swap for IA ones. Besides I was a student doing an internship... that makes it ok I think...
Plates you can do at a contractor... If there's one at Albertson's, great, if not, there's one in Tumwater, Kindof behind Pizza Hut and behind a gas station that's closed there there's little strip mall.
There's only one place to do driver's licenses, and it's in Lacey off College. If you drive down college, you'll see signs that lead you there. It's not far, and on the other side of the street from, the Lacey City Hall. They're not open Monday, I don't think, but they're open Saturday... other than that, it's probably only 9-5 during the week. Obviously, if you can go at an odd hour during the week, i.e. not at lunch, there's less waiting, it's pretty deserted.
