New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, |

Still round the corner there may wait |

Home is behind, the world ahead, |

It's noon-thirty on the right coast.
Nobody forced you to move.
Just got beck from Home Depot...I'm now the proud owner of a charcoal chimney. I got some lettuce seeds for half-price. What are my chances of having a good fall garden? :)
Kewl!
I should get some chicken out of the freezer to do tomorrow or Monday...
I'm off to the library and stuff. Then I really should mow...though I have to attempt to fix the mower again first. I hit a hugh rock just as I was finishing last time and the blade is twisted. *sigh*
Snapfish worked really well for our greeting cards, and it was cheap... and they mailed them really fast.
You're hard on mowers :~)
We have a bbq for you, and your weedwacker, in the truck. :~)
I'll try them later. I think I still have an account there.
I actually found a chicken under 5 pounds...it's BBQ'ed chicken tomorrow!
We need to set an official time zone for the Hobbit Hole. ;-)
Heh, wow. Glad it worked out.
Back from lunch with my sisters... debating whether to start work on assembling invitations or wait until Mom gets back. Probably I'll wait, she knows where the rotary cutter is.
Snapfish worked just nicely. Thanks.
***pats self on back for once in his life being ahead of the birthday game***
Wife grilled chicken legs the other night. Found a tasty recipe to rub on 'em and grill 'em. Cheap and tasty too.
So for the morning wrap up...
Solved the August crisis for Nana, Jr. and Luke.
Ordered two sets of notecards for the Mrs' upcoming birthday (July 19).
Got dishes and laundry in.
And managed to get into two and a half arguments on FR.
Now I need to get up and actually get some work done.
Tasty recipe, Precious?? Share with ussss....
I wish The Mayor had a program for drought gardens.
Never fear--our channel 5 weatherweeniess told the viewers that there will be a severe thunderstorm hitting Kansas City at 3:00 Sunday afternoon. I snickered. This woman loves to give forecasts 30 hours out. Frequently, she is wrong.
I caved in, too.
Just grieves my spirit to see repeated hogwash and rock throwing at someone who Loves God; Loves People and does it way more Biblically than most famous sorts I know of.
It's not *entirely* my fault...
I think I just need a new blade, which means finding the socket wrench. I still have that over here, don't I?
Perhaps I should have said BEYOND REAL?
It was a compliment.
Her weather beetle must be on the fritz.
Got the lawn mowed. Guess I should go out and kill some bugs now.
Actually, I think we have the socket back over here... If you come over to get it though... you have all our hammers. Have we still got other buckets of tools over there? :~D
