According to Fox News, Patsy Ramsey, mother of Jonbenet Ramsey has passed away from ovarian cancer.

First you say it was not PD stupitity and then you follow by giving two excellent examples of their stupidity plus the DA's office of course.

I'm sorry to learn about Mrs. Ramsey. They have certainly had their share of misery.
I think her Granddaughter now has an incredible guardian angel.

If Patsy Ramsey was involved in any way, she's paying for it now. If she wasn't, then I pray God will rest her soul.

I studied this case like my life depended on it. My wife was not happy. John Douglas himself interviewed the Ramseys and pronounced them clean. This was a depraved killing done by a male who had fantasized about Jonbenet for some time. I believe he worked in the house as part of some remodel crew. He knew where her bedroom was and he was familiar with the house as well. He probably spoke with Jonbenet and she spoke with him. The fantasy now begins and builds. He plays her words back over and over in his mind until he believes there is a relationship between the two of them. The desire to realize his fantasy overwhelms him.
What he did to her was not sex but revenge. He is a life long loser who hates people like the Ramseys. Boulder is FULL of people like this. Being a LIBERAL town, it tolerates more than the usual amount of street trash and statistacally, 4 times the number of registered sex offenders than the National norm. Within a 4 mile concentric circle of the Ramseys home there was something like over 150 reg. SOs. This is a VERY sick person and now I believe he is either dead or in jail somewhere.
Patsy did not kill her daughter.
When I see that on the hugs-n-kisses threads here, I always think of the other meaning: "Good Morning To All"...
If Patsy found the note, was she wearing gloves in her own house? Didn't she pick it up to read it?
I wouldn't pick up a suspicious paper (or anything else) sans gloves. One should want to preserve as much as possible for forensics. (Of course, Boulder didn't seem to have forensics, but that's flour from another sack.)
Patsy did find the ransom note on the stairs. She did pick it up and read it. So, what is your question, please.
I had heard/read that there were no fingerprints on the note. Little odd, is all.
Sorry if I wasn't clear, but my post said I don't know whether she knew anything about the murder or not. I still don't, even though I haven't followed it as closely as you (and admittedly I don't know much about Boulder demographics either).
Something always smelled bad to me about it though, and I've never been able to figure out what.
