I'm pretty conscientious about it because of my family history. So far, I've been blessed with good blood pressure. I have more of a tendency to drop than elevate. That's why I figure it is probably stress and illness rekated.

Kudos to your older son. It will be an honor to go on the adventure of his generation. When our third was there for a year, he just hated when people felt sorry for him for going, just thought they didn't understand.......

Thanks Westy, I took a great-grandmother neighbor lady along on our nightly trip to the lake here, she is really enviable being almost ninety years old, yet extremely clear of mind. She went to see the movie 'Cars' this afternoon with her grandson; has not been to a movie in ages; absolutely loved it.

Hope you get a good night's sleep.

Morning Doggie. I didn't take the shot, my daughter did and they weren't allowed to use flash so that's the best she could do.

I did what I could with it, which wasn't very good. I think the little one is going to rope Nana and Gramp into more dancing classes for next year, lol. How could we say no???... She takes after her Nana on her mother's side. I danced and taught until I got married. If you love it, it's good for you.

You've stopped smoking ? YEA !!!!! :) What great news. After more attempts that I care to remember, I finally stopped cold turkey on Friday, Oct 3rd, 1997 at approx 10:30pm. LOL. Best thing I ever did for myself.
