"whahappenedtaeverybody!!! I do a little housework and the thread dies." I spent the morning trying to get investigations closed so nothing would go overdue while I'm out on leave. I spent the afternoon taking care of some business and this evening Tyler's vacation Bible school is putting on a program, so I will be there. Tomorrow I am going to Mountain Home to collect another kid (a friend's grandson who got to be buddies with Tyler last summer) for the next few days (yes, I MUST be a masochist). After I deliver him back to his grandma next week, we will probably head to Kentucky to visit my dad and sister for a few days. Maybe then I can actually get a little sleep.

"Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, nothing, ma'am..." Uh-huh....sure.
I'm back. You know, there is just not much that tips the precious scale like children singing to God with their whole hearts; who haven't yet been jaded by liberal mentality the world around them. They had such a good time.
After the program we went in pursuit of food and discovered a new Italian restaurant that opened a couple of weeks ago. It was really good.

I can't imagine that Eureka Springs would ever be short of good restaurants.

"I can't imagine that Eureka Springs would ever be short of good restaurants." That is true. As soon as high taxes and local politics close one down, another comes in to take its place. So far, I haven't had a bad meal in Eureka Springs....and that is counting all the times I've been here, before I moved here.

"... we went in pursuit of food ..."Thats what I've been doing all day. This morning to the Farmer's Market downtown, got some great tomatoes, several varieties, including creole and beefsteak. Then on to Whole Foods. Can't believe that I once thought I prolly wouldn't like Whole Foods. ????? They make so much inhouse and everything is so fresh. Love their bakery and deli. They make a shrimp salad with dill and capers that I can't leave the store without. Its great just as a salad and over pasta, too. Ah, so yuuuuummy. Actually, they do just about everything really well, except BBQ. Today I also got a couple of fresh pineapples, some cherries and lots of bottled beverages. LOL Just beverages.... not adult beverages... just lemonade, green teas, etc. Its so blazing hot outside that I've gulped down several of those since I got home.
