My 15-year-old wants orange streaks in her hair. Any suggestions for a color that's *guaranteed* to wash out in a reasonable length of time?

Stick with the spray on stuff. Washes out. You can change colors 5 times a week if you want to.
Dyes especially if you are going from darker to lighter have a bleaching step in them and are permanent...
