WASHINGTON, May 31 After vowing to steer a greater share of antiterrorism money to the highest-risk communities, Department of Homeland Security officials on Wednesday announced 2006 grants that slashed money for New York and Washington 40 percent, while other cities including Omaha and Louisville, Ky., got a surge of new dollars.
Homeland security officials said the grants were a result of a more sophisticated evaluation process

Yeah... I've had a bunch of stuff going on. More than one forum too. That complicates things.
Some good conversations though. I even earned me a Anarchist(self-government, not Seattle Socialist) convert.

Be sure to let us know what you catch...I don't eat fish/seafood, but I, too, lived on an island, though it isn't as big as Eire...

Misbehavior is some times the proper course of action. Nations have been born anew from misbehavior.
I plan on doing some misbehaving myself this weekend. Going shooting tomorrow. Finally got enough parts for my second AR to take her out for a spin around the range. Still need a new bolt carrier for it, but I can use the one from my other AR and swap between them.
Pictures next week.
Big plans then on your end?

I drink raspberry cocoa every morning...made with milk. You can find it at Smith's/Kroger. It is to DIE for!
Some days, when the nausea is really awful, cocoa is all I drink.

Thanks. Another week, and I'll be in my own digs. I'm not sure when I'll have ISP service, but it will be the first thing that's installed after the phone.

I will... hoping for some flat fish this time.
I, too, lived on an island, though it isn't as big as Eire...

Misbehavior is some times the proper course of action. Nations have been born anew from misbehavior. Civil disobedience - it's the only real way of changing bad law, I mean - what government is going to repeal a law that everybody complies with? (Like the smoking ban over here..)

"Civil" disobedience makes it sound so neat and organized. Nothing "civil" about over throwing existing, corrupt power structures. Good thing that isn't on my list of "Things to do this Weekend."
Fishing... I haven't been fishing since 1990. Shark hunting expedition off the Atlantic coast of Georgia. Pulled in a 4' sand and a 5'9" black tip. Excellent grilled with lemon, butter, and pepper.

And nothing civil about civil war!!
Axl Rose: What's so civil about war, anyway?
I hope I'll hook a shark off Killala... though the chances are slim.....

It is good. I've had it.
I am lactose intolerant.
When my tummy is really kicking, it's things like spice tea, and a weird combination of sauerkraut and plain non-fat yogurt that is sometimes one of the few things I can eat.
