WASHINGTON, May 31 — After vowing to steer a greater share of antiterrorism money to the highest-risk communities, Department of Homeland Security officials on Wednesday announced 2006 grants that slashed money for New York and Washington 40 percent, while other cities including Omaha and Louisville, Ky., got a surge of new dollars.
Homeland security officials said the grants were a result of a more sophisticated evaluation process

Oh yeah, you have a longer reach than that storm Katrina, but in a nice way. :-) LOL! I don't think I cause that much destruction.

Unfortunately, my vowel shift is not in pronunciation, which you cannot hear anyway.
It seems to be a digital dyslexia, in that my brain signals down to my fingers get into the wrong track.
To me, the strange thing is that they are not the opposite hand letter positions, although I guess they are the weakest vowel fingers on each hand.
Internal mental diagnosis is not recommended. (Among other things, it can slow your typing speed.)

Just? It's been moderately libertarian from the beginning. Of course, that is coming from a libertarian, so it could be colored by my perceptions.
However, let's not talk too much politics in here. We just had the carpets cleaned... ;-)
