WASHINGTON, May 31 — After vowing to steer a greater share of antiterrorism money to the highest-risk communities, Department of Homeland Security officials on Wednesday announced 2006 grants that slashed money for New York and Washington 40 percent, while other cities including Omaha and Louisville, Ky., got a surge of new dollars.

i don't think you'd want to pay what i charge for my crew by the HOUR! (40.00 per man-hour x 6 people). i must have climbed that 2-story spiral staircase about 75 times carrying heavy boxes. there are exactly 37 steps in the staircase!

It could be... both those lakes are in the same corrie, the big lake seems to be used as a reservoir - you can see some man-made implement in the photo.
