This is today's report of funny things said by our overlords.
The Michigan DNR after years of denying what everyone who spent time in the woods knew, that we have big cats running around them woods, has finally conceded that yes indeed, there are lions in the woods.
Further more they tell us that these lions are not Catholic lions.
How, one might ask do they know this?
They know this because, unlike every other freaking animal in the woods, lions in Michigan practice birth control.
Despite have had lions sightings for the past twenty years the DNR says that there is not a breeding lion population in Michigan.
Where then one might ask are the lions coming from?
The DNR does not have an answer for that but I would feel confident in saying that their explanation involves lions being spontaneously generated from puffballs.
To top this parade of stupidity off, should you come across a lion you are forbidden to shoot it.
Lion, you see, are now classified as endangered in Michigan.
