I think it is a two part simple fix.

#1 make employers have to verify who is working for them.
Make them verify the SS, fingerprints and picture on a Federal website.
If caught paying cash under the table or no checking employees, find them and if they continue it's a felony.
(that gives them no reason to be here illegally and many will go home).

#2 Build the wall all the way across.
