Before I had this little dog, I had a golden lab. They are nice dogs but you have a large animal getting in the way in the house and when they go to the bathroom you need a trash can for their end results. They go to the bathroom like people in size. So if you ever wanted people in the backyard you must grab a shovel and not miss a thing.
You need a big dog if you need protection IMO.
A woman living alone would be a reason for a big dog.
Another reason for a dog of at least 20 pounds would be if small kids come to a home because they could hurt a dog my size.
You have to look into the breeds regarding children. German Shepards bite kids all the time.
It's 94 degrees out here right now.
I just popped home, turned the AC on for the dog, fed the cat a little and gave her lots of water.
When it gets hot like this we have to water twice a day or the laws all burn up.

I had to buy a digital camera (film is just ridiculous unless you have a darkroom and developer and printer and all that stuff of your own), so I can now shoot and post anytime I want.
