"Never argue with a woman who reads. It's likely she can also think."

No argument from me.

(Programming note: For those who have the inclination, Ann-of-the-thoussand-and-one-ripostes, er, that is, Ann Coulter, will be on the Jay Leno show tonight, along with George Carlin. I'm expecting some fireworks.)

Probably.

Though some have mistaken me for him.
Which I have used to effect at times.
And would be counting on in this instance.

Sorry about that.
"Bonjour."
That would be the extent of my proficiency in French.
Glad to hear you're feeling better Libre.

I think there's no problem here. I know maybe a word or two more than that in French, and we've been married for a while.

I know this is a small point KP but why would someone want to break into their own truck? Calling a locksmith is much cheaper then replacing broken whatever.

Sounds like the "lady" is a ditz.

"Though some have mistaken me for him. "

Any reported instances of his being mistaken for you?

I bet it would annoy him.

Is it true Darks? Are you in league with the evil Satin?

I don't know if I can stay up that late, but I'd hate to miss it.

I'm too timid because she stood in line for spherical objects three times.

You have the chance to fix that.

3 days/week, she only speaks to you in French.

Obviously they were all two fisted drinkers and couldn't flip the lock switch right? :)

Seriously, small fry or animal in the car is a good reason to break a window but I doubt that was the case here.

Liberals rightly fear Ann because she sees through their gauzy reasoning like Superman.

Carlin had better stay safe in jocularity. If he tries to go toe-to-toe with Ann "Tonight!" he's going to feel like crap tomorrow -- just before she flushes.

And it is cold and slick.

You are right, Darks would not fall under Satin's evil spell.

I hope....

That's the tag on an old joke.

"Did you hear about the no-account redneck who locked his keys in his car?" -- "It took him a half-hour to get his family out."

Even funnier version, a couple are car-shopping, and their personal car ends up locked with the keys inside. The dealer sends out a mechanic.

A few minutes later, the couple return to the car. The mechanic is energetically endeavoring to unlock the driver's side. Just on a whim, the lady reaches over and opens the passenger side. "Hey, it's unlocked!"

"Yes, Ma'am! I got that one a few minutes ago. I'll have this door unlocked too in just a moment!"
