I plan to add cinnamon to my pantheon of herbal supplements.

It is said to be good for the digestion and circulation. I already take garlic and cayenne pills, among other vitamins.

I've been getting so healthy, I'm actually growing younger.

It also keeps your blood sugar level smoothing out the highs and lows.

But be careful which kind you get.

You can buy it fairly cheaply in capsule form but I have heard that there is a slightly elevated risk of cancer from taking it in it's pure form.

You can either buy it in water soluble form (rather pricey) or just soak a quarter of a cinnamon stick in hot water and drink twice daily.

The water soluble portion is what you want, it is the fat soluble that may prove risky.

Normally I ignore this kind of report as the risk is slight and usually you have to be taking something consistently and in high doses to affect you. But in this case for it to do any good you do have to take it consistently and in high doses.
