I have taken the liberty to add a couple items to your time line... It takes a bit of deduction to know that the strippers and the boys in CAB #2 must have left before the cops arrived at 12:55... And if Kim made the call at 12:53, then she probably had left already after the cuss fight with the 4 players entering CAB #2...

The intervals just keep getting smaller... Just need some work on the 12:04 when they left (where did they go first?) and the 12:20 ish when the neighbor says he saw them in the car.. fully dressed... so taking out the time for Kim to change clothes and getting them both in the car the first time, that really reduces the amount of time they could have been in the BR...

Actually it's a standard practice to show that this person had control of the room. A utility bill would have the same effect or they could have just subpoenaed the housing records.
But this is scary ... the temptation to 'plant' something must be mounting.

The normal system is when you have a crime, the police investigate, the police turn over the findings of their investigation to a DA, the DA weighs the amount and type of evidence, then decides whether it is sufficient to go to court and convince a jury.
