She plans to keep a low profile until the students go on trial to avoid inflaming tensions in the black community, where opinion is running heavily against the privileged students.
One of the most hurtful things for the woman about the media circus surrounding the case, the cousin said, is the tendency to assume the worst about her because she is a stripper.
"She's a victim and she's a human being," the cousin said. "Her occupation couldn't justify that a crime like this was committed."

I suppose I just don't see anything mysterious about the way the guys cleared out of there, as some other posters apparently do.
The neighbor Bissey said that after the women drove off someone said repeatedly "let's go guys" and they did. I have no reason to disbelieve Bissey on this. I speculate that one reason they cleared out is no one wanted to be around in the case the pimp wanted to pay a visit on them, or perhaps in case the police came.
The cab driver said there were guys on both sides of the road around the woman's car when he came to get his second fare, the four guys (probably around 12:45, my guess). So at least a lot of the guys had already filed out of the house and where standing on the side of the road.
The cops said when they got there at 12:55 there was no one around. I have no reason not to believe this.
And I can readily believe that Reade and his friend who left early were not the only ones who left before 12:45. There may have been only a dozen or so people or even less left at the party at the end. Four of them got into a cab, and the rest walked to the east-west bus stop. And maybe there were a couple who lived on east campus. No big mystery.
Well, yeah, but that's life in today's America. The lower socio-economic hyphenated hold their palms up and look for even more reasons to claim special treatment. In the meantime Jessie Jack, Calyso Louis, and the Reverand Al play their welfare pimp cards and scare the liberal honkies to death.
Of course this hurts responsible Americans of all races, but other than us old-fashioned patriotic, hard-working, and God-fearing guys and gals, who cares?

You're right. Probably fewer. I'm guessing they only hired the stripper out of boredom since the rest of the school (girls) were gone on Spring Break and they had to stick around for practice. I stayed my junior year and the whole place was dead. But even 15 guys were most likely dispersed through multiple modalities.
Hope they spring for a better manicure and shoes. Those white ones were "toe up".

If the cabbie dropped off Seligman at 12:42 and drove straight back to the party, it would place him in front of the house about 12:47 (based on Mapquest's 2.08 miles and 5 Minutes). At that time of night there couldn't be much traffic.
As for why the house was empty shortly after that, it has been quoted that there were at most 20 LAX team members there at the start of the party. Surely it dwindled rapidly after at 12:05 after the strippers stopped dancing. Even if it didn't, Seligman and a friend were gone by 12:20 and there were four who got in the cab sometime after 12:47. That leaves 14 tops that also left. You should see my office at 5:00. There are at least 20 people who are blocks away by 5:02.
I think that many of us are interested in the actual wording of the nurse-examiner's report to see if it matches the hype of the screaming ladies on TV.
Yes, that scenario is a very good possibility.
Unfortunately, not just the two guys but everyone at that party will have that cloud. People will think one of the other ones must be the "third rapist." Many people also will be convinced by Seligmann's alibi and think she just fingered the wrong guy, and one of the other guys must be the second rapist as well. That may even prove to be the case with Finnerty, if he turns out to have a strong alibi.
Yep. Those wondering what she did before the party will probably say they raped her and then she decided to dance for them anyway. LOL
I don't think the SANE report will be all that enlightening, and probably won't help the defense. We know she already had at least an open wound on her knee and she had to bruise her elbows or hips by falling on the porch and could have easily hit her face on the railing or ground. She had vaginal "swelling" which could have happened hours or even days before the party and could have been caused by consensual sex or toys. This is a woman who confessed to having frequent "one on ones". I guarantee you that "one on ones" involve more than stripping. Have you ever heard anyone who watches a stripper by themselves?
How drunk would these white, elite snobs have to be to hit on a woman dressed like the one we're seeing in the pictures. These kids are also smart--hardly likely to risk disease

They wouldn't. I have been to a bunch of bachelor parties and no sane man is going to try to have sex (including oral sex) with the hired help. Especially with all of thier buddies there. Double expecially if she is a nasty skanky ho who looks like she has already had sex that day.
