Doesn't make sense, does it? The probable cause affidavit claims they recovered her makeup bag, cell phone and identification from inside the house. Yet she appears leaving with her makeup bag, and reports have said, talking on her cell phone, (calling her pimp/boyfriend?).

The article I read did say "around 1:00 am" and it was posted by someone in one of the long threads on the Duke Lax case in the past few days. As I said in my post, it may have been 1:05 or even 1:10.

Yes, you can see the driver's back (a woman, undoubtedly Kim) sitting in the car with the AV sprawled in the passenger's seat with her leg hanging out.
It's really indisputable that they both drove off in the same car. That's what the neighbor Bissey said as well.

I wear nail polish all the time and the likelihood of it coming off on a railing if I fell...is slim. There might be very small chips but not a smear or glob unless it was recently polished and not totally dry.....
If you read my posts, I'm not disputing AT ALL the cabby's account of what happened with Reade. In the interviews he refers to the computer phone log, etc. in connection with the Reade pick-up.
What I AM disputing is his account of the LATER PICKUP of FOUR GUYS at the house at 1:00. He may be just giving the time from memory, because it doesn't match the police log. If he checks his computer log, he may find it was really 12:50 or so.
I don't think it matters whether the cabbie says the car was white or dark blue, because we have photographic evidence the car was dark blue.
Another poster, however, has grabbed onto to this idea that the cabbie saw a white car as support for the extremely unlikely scenario that there was an intervening meeting with the pimp, perhaps driving this mysterious white car, where an elaborate plot was hatched.
They're twisting and changing their stories to correspond w/the published timeline here imo.
