We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good evening!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

Interest rates have been slowly rising; Treasuries have hit a four-year high.

A grand jury is looking into whether Barry Bonds lied under oath three years ago regarding steroid use.

Former DemoncRAT Senator Mike Gravel is set to announce his candidacy for President--the earliest such declaration in the campaign season.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Augh,O, I planted my potatoes at noon with the temps about 84 degrees. I'll do some in a garbage container with mulch and straw. I'll check with our feed people and see if they have any seed potaotes. I'm still waiting for my Parks Seed Catalog. They are slow in sending them.

Where did you get your heirloom tomato plants? I'd like to try some. As if I didn't have enough tomato plants already.

Golly Miss M, my garden looks raggedy and so does my lawn, and we haven't had any bad weather.

LOL!

JM Cohen, younger and hidden brother of GM Cohen, wrote many songs, Jorge and George finally came to physical violence in 1942, and Jorge was put in charge of the Japaneese concentration camps by actor Ronald Reagan.

Jorge quickly disappeared about the time of 'The great pork revival' sponsored by VP Harry Truman.

Ok... I made all of that up because I can't tell the difference between J and G on the keyboard....

That nasty black mold we have here in N. Texas? Weak solution of salt water. It is salt intolerant.

The bleu cheese mold can handle mega doses of salt... but the native black mold?

I'll be salt-washing all of my hand-crafted cheeses from here on out.

Hi, all.....just logged on and saw your question, till. I bought the plants from a retired gentleman who had a sign in his front yard and small greenhouse in his backyard. lol He said that he'd planted the seeds for the different kinds on Feb. 14, so that'll give you an idea of how long it takes from germination to planting size.

Later, I googled heirloom tomatoes and found places where you could buy seeds...trouble is the seeds come in packets of 30 seeds or more! Reading about them was so interesting that now I'm on the trail of one called "Box Car Willie"....love the name! lol

It sounds like the LARGE CHORUS OF RETIRED GENERALS, 6 to 8 out of about 8,000 retired generals are getting their days in the sun, thanks to the nyslimes, I just hope they don't get too sunburned. This Large Chorus of 6 to 8 retired generals must be the "base" sounds we hear in the Chorus of "AMERICA IS WINNING THE WAR ON TERRORISTS". It sounds to me like these generals belonged to the Clintonostra gang of suck ups. Did any of them get their 3rd star?????? hmm?

That cardinal is fearless. I had on a flowered dress one day and became aware of something, didn't know what, but looked and there was a humming bird eyeing one of the flowers on my dress. I moved to let it know there was nothing there. Quite an experience.

This morning we purchased some new flowering plants for the bare beds in the backyard.

While we were at Lowe's, my husband decided he had to have one - just one - tomato plant. He searched around until he found one that was almost three feet tall, had blossoms and a couple of small tomatoes. Don't ask the name/type of tomato, he was only interested in the size!!!

When we got home he started to plant it and discovered that the pot the tomato plant was in included a fully developed zuccini plant - with blossoms already on it.

One zuccini plant and one tomato plant will give him something besides flowers/shrubs/trees to play with.
