I had some good news on the job front. My recruiter and I are playing phone tag, but according to the email he sent me this morning, he's got several positions he wants to submit me for. He ended his e-mail with "Call me!"

I did, but apparently, our timing is a little off, and we keep missing each other.

I was able to listen to Tom Delay on Rush for a little while, but had to be elsewhere when Delay was talking about filing ethics charges against ole whazername for hitting the Capitol Hill Security Officer. Can anyone fill me in?

E-mails continue. My recruiter is swamped, which is a good thing, except that I have to wait. I gave him a 40 second sound bite to sell me to a client company.

It's been a while since I've been a contractor. I've forgotten about the sales aspect of it. I'm getting back in the groove.
