AMERICA - The Right Way!! (WEEKEND EDITION: Days 1896 and 1897) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | March 31, 2006 | All of Us

Posted on 03/31/2006 6:21:38 PM PST by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good evening!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

The demonstrations of the illegals continue out of control this evening.

Over 3,000 marched brazenly in Las Vegas.

Over 3,500 in San Diego.

ZERO taken back to Mexico.

And Howard Dean has the unmitigated gaul to accuse President Bush of scapegoating Hispanics in all this.

So where are the Democrats? The party that now claims to be the better in protecting our country.

I'll tell you where they are. They are busy filling the air waves fomenting this disorder, encouraging the illegals along. Them and their cohorts, organized crime, er, labor (well, not much difference, if you ask me). All for political, partisan gain.

Partisan may be a good word here, for they are surely working to undermine American sovereignity and American safety. Thousands taking to the street and for what? Basic lawlessness, in the root. Thumbing their nose at American values.

This is what the left wants--they want to bring in the folks who do not respect the rule of law, or any rules for that matter. One could suppose that's only natural, for they do not want to follow the rules themselves; only Republicans need bother with that. So anyone who ascribes to their warped, nation-undermining viewpoint earns their succour, their grace, their protection.

These denezins of dispair, of running to ground that which is good, get help through the media. The media glorify, sensationalize these protestors, who are only seeking their "rights". You've got to be kidding!

These folks don't have any rights in this land except that which can allow them to be run out on a rail.

And those that support them, the left, the American Democrat party (who would rather party than undertake responsibility of any shape, including the protection of those legally in America), should join them on that same rail.

ILLEGALS--Mark my word. This is my home. This is my country. You are squatters, you are not welcome.

Get the heck off my land. NOW!

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

It was awesome! I love this part of my life. I'm too old to be the tip of the spear, but I can damn sure take care of those great guys that fly the planes, and keep the planes flying.

And that's all I want to do. My part. Help out. Make it better.

A Major that reports to the Wing King mentioned that it was obvious that I love what I do. And we're working on plans for another event in October. Even better than today... I'll be feeding a couple of thousand.

Gotta love it.

It is a great blessing to find one's calling. I love hearing about your stories, and you are an inspiration by your elevation of service to one's fellow man.

Yes, I am back from my self-imposed exile. I decided you were right, and I will simply discuss what I want to discuss, and skip the rest.

I got a lot of yard work done today, even though it was pretty cold. My incentive was that we are to have rain for the next two days.

We invited our neighbor over for pizza tomorrow...the 30-ish cute gal who packs a gun and works with the US Marshals. I keep hoping that the evil cat-killing neighbor who is also a lech will REALLY annoy her. LOL!

I've never really thought of juggling as art. This guy IS an artist.

I sent the link to Ev.:)

Single? I like a woman that can shoot. 8>) And I am on the market...

I am truly blessed by being able to serve. If I wasn't so old, I'd go active duty, and do it full time. But the cutoff age is 42 now. Up from previous years, but not enough.

I watched it at least 10 times and then watched it with Sarah and G.

Awe...and it beats anything I saw on Ed Sullivan....by a mile.

Of course , the music IS outstanding.

I'm going to do something that may send my laptop into an even deeper spiral of death (I messed up the other day, and I'm trying to fix it)....

Worse comes to worse, and I'll log in on the other laptop. I'm going to press the button and see what happens. Hopefully, I'll still be on-line.

BBL.

Oh, and before I mash the button (sorry for the technical talk...) I want to say 'Thank You' for sticking around. You would be missed. A lot.

No yard work here today, but other stuff got done. We bought a piece of linoleum last week for the back landing, hubby is working on that little project this weekend and hopes to have it done by tomorrow. I picked up some info. on floor paint for my laundry room; need to pick a color, want something blue-ish to match the blue & white walls & ceiling.

Mount Laundry is now in the clean stage vs. dirty, awaiting folding tomorrow. I played for Mass at 4:00 and have 8:15 in the morning. I have a stack of favorite movies ready to watch tomorrow while folding laundry/going through mail/sorting paperwork/possibly starting taxes/etc. etc. etc.

I'm glad you're back. I'm very worried about the splintering that is even affecting us here at ATRW. The recent difficulties we've had, have hurt me more than I can say.

The music is great, and his musicality is unbelievable. He picks up every little rhythmical nuance. It's almost like he's dancing.

Yes, drill weekends include the entire weekend. We get 4 points, even though we serve two days. That doesn't matter much to me, because I have so many points from my active duty days, and active duty orders in the last couple of years, but each point counts toward retirement pay.

JT's drills were for Saturday and Sunday usually. But then, he'd come home Saturday night and Sunday was usually ended between 12 & 2, er.. 1200 and 1400. He also said they didn't really do much.

I nuked it. It is a smoldering pile of silicon, sitting on the kitchen table. Dead as U. Sam Grant. Maybe more dead.

I really need to get the files off of that machine. Lots of developmental stuff that I've put hundreds of hours into.

We try again tomorrow. I'm not willing to face another failure tonight.

Ev's drills are too far away to come home so he usually sleeps in the armory..........the medic's room has a couple of really junky looking cots.....but at least it's air-conditioned in there; the rest of the armory is not.

Depending on what he's doing (if he's teaching a class or something) Uncle Sam will put him up in a hotel for the night.

Depends on the unit and the training manager. Home Station Training (HST) can be pretty lax for some units, depending on their tasking. I don't know what MOS JT has, but some things you really can't train for unless you have a war or an exersize.

Medics stay busy on drill weekends, updating shot records, giving shots, and telling folks to: "Turn your head and cough".

Food service guys at non-joint bases get a pretty good work-out. Civil Engineers (and they aren't.... civil, that is) play catch up and try to do a month's worth of maintenance in two days....

It just depends on the unit's function. Guys that kill people and break things don't get as much action on drill weekends. Not much call for that at home.
