I see his sources but they are still wrong, the ESX server creates a privileged VM running redhat (8 or 9 I think) and that is the console into ESX and the linux kernel people refer to..

Right. Point is, the information is out there, and he was only referring to what apparently a lot of people believe is fact. It wasn't like he was deliberately trying to mislead.
Probably should have pointed that out in that post, because I'm sure that GE's formulating a post to call me a liar as well...
