We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Last week, this space wrote about illegal immigration, and it's time, based on the events in Los Angeles, for a follow-up.
Yesterday we were treated to images of protests of hundreds of thousands against felonizing illegal immigrations (first question--it isn't a felony now?). The media made it look like these were spontaneous demonstrations, but, with the exception of crowd size, they are not. They are part of an orchestrated effort against immigration reform that is meant to go on for another couple of weeks and is being fometed by, among other parties, organized labor.
Indeed, the only element in the LA protests that was not planned was size; that did capture even organizers by size. But the message delivered to people was a lie: Congress wants to limit immigration is what folks were told. All right, it's partly a lie, which makes it good propaganda, and it did work quite well.
What folks apparently don't understand is the thing Congress wants to curb is ILLEGAL immigration. If you are here legally, or you want to come here legally, that's all cool, we're only focused on those that shouldn't have been here in the first place.
Moreover, this is a group of folks that, by virtue of the way they came here, have already shown a total disrespect for our laws. In fact, the demonstrations in Los Angeles support this contention. The activity continues, despite truency laws, despite laws prohibiting pedestrians on freeways, and so on.
Real simple--are these the type of folks we want to have on a permanent basis?
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
LET'S ROLL!!!
 Rev up carfax...
Very foggy here this morning. I feel like I'm in a crow's nest. Computer is on the 2nd floor in this house.

 Hope everyone is ok.

I watched the local news in Houston where 100s if not 1,000s of students demonstrated yesterday while carrying Mexico's flags with them.
Jemian, thanks for the link...and thanks for the start Chairman...

Yippee! I've always wanted a flooded bus.
Well, my husband wants to go see a musical at the local playhouse, and I've got to find the time to fit it in...Find me a Tenor is the name...
Since he makes few requests, and usually leaves the social plans and schedule to me, I'm going to try hard to fit this in, even tho NEXT WEEK IS ALREADY SO BUSY, AND.... YIKES!
lol! Yes, why settle for a flooded car, when you can have a flooded BUS!!??
Why would ANYone want to buy an "unsalvageable" school bus?
Thanks for the start, Chair!
Superb links, Molly; thank you! I recommend to everyone the "Freeing Free Speech" one.
It is supposed to get up to 57 today (yay!) BUT the weather guy on the radio said that next week we will have a cold front and we might get snow (boo!). We have had over two weeks of below-normal temps in March.
I am hoping this isn't one of those springs where we have late-winter weather until June and then we go straight into summer. I want sunshine and warm weather!!
I bet some RAT will buy them just for the symbolism they can attach to it (Hurricane Katrina, which we all know, is Bush's fault), not realizing it is actually a stark reminder of failed socialism.
I can't wait to see how the media tries to spin this photo..
Good Morning.

Awwwww, you are a good wife.
N.O. bus buyer: A fool and his money are soon parted.
Good morning,

As high as gas is, those flooded buses will just sit and get rusty. What idiots.

Cut off all federal funds to this high school...who allowed this...
These rallies, as are day worker sites, are target rich environments. Send in the INS!
Good Morning,

We've had a wacky winter down here. It's been chilly here the past few nights, some people consider it cold. But our forecast calls for the highs to be in the 80s this week.
