Torvalds did a complete 180 in less than a week on whether he will use Stallman's new license, if you call that standing up to Stallman no wonder you let him walk all over you too. Sorry to be so harsh but you are so weak in your defenses of these people I have no time to sugar coat it for you. Either you allow these leftists to continue to dominate open source, or you move to products that don't use their license. So far you seem totally content with Stallman/GPL exactly as is, so you should expect some harsh criticism.
I just explained this to you a few weeks ago. Stallman's following is small (the FSF), the FSF is NOT the same thing as the OSS community as a whole--but a small section of it, the GPL v.3 is highly political, and Torvalds rejected the then-current draft handed to him.
Your "180 degree turn" wasn't a turn at all. Linus simply said he wouldn't rule out the new license--assuming major revisions were done.

Good luck getting an answer. He's only interested in flinging accusations at others, even if he has to lie about what they are actually saying, as I've proven numerous times on this and other threads. I've asked him to point to specific posts to prove his accusations toward me, but he ignores me, because he knows he can't back up his totally baseless, intentionally dishonest lies.
Getting him to defend his own illogical and ignorant points of view is impossible; he'll obfuscate and toss red herrings until the cows come home, because that's all he can do.
He wants to accuse everyone else, but heaven forbid if he should be accountable for any of his own points of view. He even denies his own words if you push him far enough, choosing to call you a liar instead of owning up to what he himself has said.
