AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 1870) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | March 6, 2005 | All of Us

Posted on 03/06/2006 4:40:48 AM PST by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

The New York Times is running an article this morning that suggests evidence shows that abortion rates in minors drop only slightly if parents are told about it. The article insinuates parents, therefore, need not be told.

AT&T (or what's left of it) and BellSouth have agreed to merge.

Warren Buffett is pushing up the price of hurricane insurance saying it will become more costly due to global warming.

Airports may be the next "issue" after ports. Turns out that the security and airport management at Indianapolis International is run by a foreign company--though reports don't say which country.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

I heard the same report on local radio news breaks about the Chapel Hill SUV terrorist counting on Allah to be his attorney. I couldn't help but think of the story in the Bible of the contest between Elijah and the prophets of Baal ... and we know how that one turned out. :-) There is only one God who not only speaks truth but is Truth.

I can just imagine your days tracking people. Most people in situations such as candidates are more like butterflies than people.

Tomorrow, I'm to be in place at 0700. They say, now, it's only until 1200, wanna bet. I'll bet I'll be there all day. I gave up election judging because I'd been doing it for 10 years, that's enough. We have a new Republican Pres. and he's built a Republican Empire with elections held in about 11 places. It's driving Roomey nutz because
our Pres keeps asking for help.

johnny, W doesn't know where he is. He's probably with his girlfriend, that's why he hasn't been here.

Night, IG.

I was laying down, reading a book, minding my own business, when a cat came around, very loving.

Lick, lick, bite!

Kittens are the same, every era. We fought for a while, I let her sorta win.

Not a bad life, when you have good pets.

I'll close down, too. God bless us all. Each and every one.

Bartlet pear trees, forsythia, quince, and buttercups are already blooming here, and weeping willows and red maples are showing color........Spring IS here! (It's my favorite season.)

BTW how are your fish?

Hah. The mystery is solved. The book on the Pajama fish is that it is a passive do-nothing. Mine is like an AWACS---it hovers and seemingly is asleep at the wheel. Then it lunges at a passerby, and I don't know what it does (bites the gills?) - but a day later - the fish is gone.

The five fish I bought two weeks ago is now one fish (with a healthy habit of staying behind AWACS)

I've been trying to net Pajama every day now and he's too quick. I'll have to remove the hiding places (rocks) which is a chore.

You have blossoms? Sigh. Some of the buds are beginning to swell here and the bulbs have poked up from the ground, but mostly it is still grey and gloomy and cold here. Sort of like my mood.

I am over the worst of this flu, but am very weak. Today I am going to try to do a few things and stay on my feet for more than 2-3 minutes. I'm staying home and not babysitting today so as to get my strength back. I have less strength than when I was recovering from my knee surgery. Very scary.

If it's the same bug that I had - it took a long time for me to get back to normal.

Keep taking it easy. Overdoing it during the recovery often causes a relapse. Continued prayers.

You have really had more than your share of troubles lately, MM. Here's wishing you get better...and soon. How are your mom and Mr. M?

That Pajama fish is a wily one, Rave. Get him out of there to the fish graveyard so that you can enjoy your aquarium filled w/harmless fish.

Here's some news I found in the NC Conservative mag about freeper John Armor (aka CongressmanBillybob):

March 3, 2006 Press Conference

Thanks, Jemian. That's why I am taking it slow today. My husband insists on going to work, which I think is a big mistake.

Hey, thanks for the article on Congressman Billybob! I even learned something about the old Bracero program, which sounds like a good idea.

Union War Rules

Still more reason to despise Susan Collins and George Voinovich.
