Upon more than one occasion prior to the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s departure in 1975, we who were among his family members and Laborers, who sat with him at his dining room table at the Palace, were asked to begin asking him questions that only pertained to our Lessons. Upon one such occasion, he asked us about the meaning of 13 Ducks identified in Problem Number 33. From time to time, he would lightly chuckle at our attempt to come up with the answer. It was so important to him that we concentrate on our Lesson Assignment that he would interrupt our discussions by stating that he would not answer any of our questions unless they were pertaining to our Lessons. He further stated that we would be examined on this Assignment before our Saviour, Master Fard Muhammad.
In that same year, 1974, he announced to his circle of Laborers that he and his wife were preparing to leave the country to take care of very important business, and that he had others to teach who were not of our fold, who would join us and partake of this Great World Mission. When we arrived in Mexico, he asked me to help him in several important areas in preparation for a future time. It has taken me a little more than 30 years to understand more fully the significance of his strategic Divine Plan, of which I only know a little of what he shared with me.
The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad was an extraordinary man. He was and is in league with the Scientists and the Angelic Hosts who get their Orders from the Most High God, Almighty Allah! He told us that three-quarters of His Teachings from the Master was on the Hereafter, or the New World to come. We were only being given a wake-up call that would bring us to the threshold of this New World Kingdom. It is not wise to make mockery of His Teachings or to take lightly His Divine Words, which are so full of Wisdom that one would have to live into Eternity to master less than one percent of its Magnitude.
When I asked him what he would teach the others, he answered, “The same that you are being taught.” To further questioning of what that would be specifically, he answered, “The Lessons.” Combining what he had stated to his family members and Laborers in Chicago, added to his words about the significance of the Lessons as applied to those outside of our fold, I truly recognized that the Lessons were much more than the mere recital of questions and answers and their memorization, which is a requirement for every new convert in the Nation of Islam. This Assignment of our Lessons has become the basis of my study and research throughout the many years of his absence, both at home and abroad.
In last week’s article, we spoke about the recent launching of NASA’s Space Shuttle to the far away Planet Pluto, or Platoon as it is so named in our Lessons beginning in Problem Number 24. It is the ninth planet in our solar system and is located 4,600,000,000 miles away from the Sun. The space shuttle was launched on January 19 this year.
I would like to pose the following question: If Master Fard Muhammad’s Announced Visit to America corresponded with the discovery of Planet Pluto in 1930, named after the Greek god of the underworld, might this final exploratory mission of the United States Government’s space program correspond to the Saviour’s Return and the Birth of a New Nation from among the spiritual dead who are stylized as the blind, deaf and dumb?

Wrong -- New Horizons launched on January 19th. So I guess the original launch date of January 17th was just to fool the rest of us.
Besides, the Space Shuttle outweighs New Horizons 170-to-1. Good luck sending one of those suckers to Pluto...
