This is going to be a heavy week. Have court hearings tomorrow and Tuesday, have to work at the office Wednesday, move Thursday, come back to the office Friday, come back for a class on Saturday. Start the new job on Monday. Have a million little details to take of.
Went out last night for a couple of margaritas with the girls. By the end of this week, I will probably need another one (night out, that is).

Our local coastal defense guns were better. They were built on a frame that only stuck them up above the glacious plate to fire.
The frame would fold down below the berm for reloading and servicing, making them a much harder target to hit with direct fire.

"You have a new job?" Transferring to another county. Everybody is jumping ship in our office because they won't get rid of the dingbat. Meanwhile, HER supervisor is on "stress leave" and word is that she may not be back. Besides being a complete idiot and being a problem in the office, the dingbat is a law suit waiting to happen and no one is willing to be an available scapegoat when it does.
