Good morning everyone. I have been tied up looking at houses, cleaning up/out this one, and having a birthday get-together for Al's biiiig 70!
I don't seem to have time lately to post with any regularity, and my software addiction is even suffering.
I did get a new puter too, which took up some time, and I still have tons of stuff to feed it.
We found a house we like, but it already had a deposit on it, but we're hoping it won't go thru.:( We put a counter offer on it just to make sure. I can't imagine how we're going to do all this in a few months and with so little energy on my part. These pills I take not only give me a terrible cough, but slow me down too. (Nothing I hate more than being slowed down.)
My cough does seem to be improving some tho, and will have my blood work tested this week sometime to see how things are going. Hopefully my innards are ok. ;) Will be seeing a new Dr the middle of the month.
Hope I haven't been too chatty, but I don't get on often and wanted to let you know that I'm still kickin...just not so high, and have been busy as heck.
Love all the pics that have been posted..all the links, etc, and have been keeping up with the thread.
Libby, I have told Al all about your Possum adventures and it's given us a good laugh. We just spotted a big fat Woodchuck running around the yard yesterday. They're baaaaaaaaaack.... Time to get the Have-a-Heart trap out and take one for a five mile drive. ;)
Keep chatting, it entertains a busy old lady, and keeps me company. Smoooches to all.

I took the last 2 for about a 45 mile drive. Why invest in a trap. I've been doing just fine with an oven mitt and a shoe box.

Sorry you're feeling poorly, Gran. We miss your colorful creations and your humor; besides, when you're not around, it is an awful job trying to keep Darks and Cardy in line. Darks is out of control. He's responsible for this possum mess, you know.

How the heck did an alligator snapper get to a China pond?
I just know that it isn't my fault.

The possum will be back you know.
They will snicker and wave at you from next to a bowl of cereal.

Okers, maybe not next to a bowl of cereal then.
Would it be better if they were watching TV instead?
I'll try to get them to watch TV.

She is a very photogenic person. But confidentially. we think she must have sold her soul to the devil, ´cos she makes all her younger sisters jealous.
Somewhat like a female Dorian Gray. :)

He lies, Resty. That woman is only 54. Who wouldn't look that good at 54? ;) Young, valiant and noble Cardhu never tells lies - well not that many..
But Resti, I do have pictorial evidence of the "good granny ," setting her diabolical familiars on to my small band of innocents as they walked in the woods. In fact, it was the very same day as the photo taken below.
Talk about a woliff in Granny´s clothing?

She always stands like a Sgt. Major.
