Thanks for the update on the undertaker, Red. Too bad he didn't make it through, because he is a nice guy and does have a voice. But there are lots of people in this world with good singing voices who will never make it in the music industry for all sorts of reasons. It is a genuine pleasure to hear about how reasonable he was about getting cut. I'm so sick of the arrogant egos we see passing through this show.

I don't get that feeling at all--I think that's just the way Hicks is.

One thing is for sure...it will be very interesting to see how far he can go. Will he be able to do other genres as the weeks go on, or will he be unable to stretch beyond the Joe Cocker and/or Ray Charles mode?

What makes all this fun is the widely different opinions the audience has about the contestants.

Probably Rebecca O'Donohue. I doubt she'll finish that high, as her vocals don't quite match the rest of her (which is very nice, indeed!)
