And I think it's because this is Jacks last season. I believe characters are being "cleared out". Kiefer talked about ways the show could continue after Jack leaves. I believe his days are numbered. (not neccesarily dead) Kiefer will be back for at least one more season. He has already stated that when the show ends, Jack will die (I assume saving the world once again) since he doesn't want anyone else playing the part. (Remember that he is also one of the producers of the show.) Since 24 is signed up for this season and next, we can infer that KS will be back next season as well.

Nowhere Man was good ... I was watching it and one week it wasn't on anymore. They did not finish off the story as far as I know. Of course I could have missed one or two being shows by being out or on a trip. Anyway I was sorry it disappeared.

They have a hit show. 4 seasons worth. I don't think they CARE about Freeper scrutiny. And it's JUST tv. I've never understood those who pick it apart as if it were an historical and inaccurate.

Same thing with me. I just got a new HDTV set recently and have been watching it a lot more than my old one. The old one died and decided to get HDTV and the HDTV channels on DirecTv.

I love Jane Smart's character too... she's in a tough place, being married to that loser is probably what's making her so wacked! I was thinking Martha Mitchell. Wife of Nixon's Attorney Journal. She made a lot of late night calls and was portrayed as a lush.

Is "24" broadcast in HDTV? We've been DVRing it so that we don't have to sit through all the commercials, but our DVR is on a different receiver than the HD one.
